Return & Refund Policy

1. EligibilityReturns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery and must meet the following criteria:

Product delivered was incorrect

Product was expired or damaged at the time of delivery

Product was not as described or ordered

2. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable items such as meat, cheese, and dairy (unless delivered damaged or incorrect)

Items that have been opened, used, or stored improperly

3. How to Request a ReturnPlease contact our support team at info@fourseasons.qa or call +974 3300 7797 within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. Photos may be required.

4. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method. In the case of replacement, a new item will be delivered within 48 hours.

5. Return PickupOur team will coordinate pickup from your location for approved returns.
